Edward F. Aulisi, M.D., is a board certified neurosurgeon with advanced training and interests in tumors of the skull base, neurovascular microsurgery, complicated spinal surgery, neurotrauma and computer-assisted neurosurgery.
A graduate of Princeton University, Dr. Aulisi completed his medical school and residency training at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. He has received additional training in interventional neuroradiology, pediatric neurosurgery and neuropathology.
Dr. Aulisi is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is also a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Society of Neuroscience, the International Brain Research Organization, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the William Beaumont Medical Society, and Sigma Xi.
Dr. Aulisi is licensed in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. Dr. Aulisi resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
