Heather Doyle, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist with a diverse clinical and professional background. Born and raised in Portland, Maine, Heather proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that shaped her commitment to service, discipline, and patient-centered care.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University in 2019 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Duke University School of Medicine in 2022. Her advanced education provided a strong foundation in evidence-based physical therapy, movement science, and rehabilitative care.
Following graduation, Heather worked at Central Carolina Hospital, a rural community hospital where she treated patients in both acute care and outpatient physical therapy settings. This role allowed her to develop a broad clinical skill set while caring for individuals with orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions across the lifespan.
After relocating to Maryland, Heather joined the WBSI physical therapy team, where she continues to expand her expertise and provide high-quality rehabilitation services. She is LSVT BIG® certified, allowing her to deliver specialized, evidence-based physical therapy for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions.
Heather is dedicated to providing personalized physical therapy treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and functional needs. Her approach emphasizes compassionate care, patient education, and long-term outcomes to help individuals move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their daily lives.
